Hosches Bridge on Friday Creek Road received funding from NSW Government as part of the Fixing Country Bridges program. The replacement bridge was constructed using Coastal Works Precast Beams and abutments. A temporary bridge was installed during construction to allow for the local landholders to maintain access to their properties and houses.
