    Coastal Works constructed the Cook Drive Intersection Upgrade between February and November 2014. The Works included the construction of a new section of road, drainage, installation of traffic signals (in different configurations as the work progressed), footpath and cycleway construction, median installation, spray seal and asphalt works, linemarking, major electrical relocations, street lighting and landscaping.

    Coastal Works constructed Kellets Bridge over Fridays Creek at Upper Orara NSW.

    The single span reinforced concrete structure was to replace the existing two span timber bridge. The overall length of the single lane bridge was 24.5m with a width of 4.2m.

  • Bellingen Shire Council

    Client Referee - John Starr

    Coastal Works were engaged to undertake the construction of Peaks Bridge over Bielsdown River at Dorrigo NSW.

    The bridge is a three span reinforced concrete structure with an overall length of 45.5 metres and a width of 10.4m. The foundations consisted of 900mm diameter bored piles with rock anchors into the underlying bedrock. Reinforced concrete columns were constructed in-situ followed by the installation of precast headstocks and abutments.
